The first northwest regional
performance rally of the year was a challenge for all who
attended!
Time to brush off those cobwebs and
come play in the snow? and ice?
Yes... snow and Ice! This rally had a little of everything to
offer, great roads, challenging weather, and the best rally value
in the country, if not the continent! Nowhere else can you
get 2 full days of fantastic racing for just $300, nowhere. This
regional rally is the best kept secret in the nation by far.
Many sincere thanks to the Damitio's for continuing to put on the
fantastic tradition that is.... The Doo Wops Rally Series
Jamie and the team took a bit of
time to brush off the rust, but had good results both days
finishing 2nd in PGT (car class) on day one, and winning PGT, as
well as capturing a fastest stage time on day two. Burnsie
the Rally Wagon ran very strong, Jamie and Matt (co-driver) worked
really well together and crew Nick and Andrew kept things moving.
Not to mention that the team clinched the 2005 Western States
Rally Championship!
