2007 Doo Wop Rally - 1st in PGT, 3rd Overall

The first northwest regional performance rally of the year was a challenge for all who attended!
The Doo Wop Rally Series - best kept secret in the world of rally by far. Where else can you get 2 full days of fantastic racing for just $300???.....nowhere! Great roads, great people, great way to start the season. Many sincere thanks to the Damitio's for continuing to put on the fantastic tradition that is "The Doo Wop Rally Series"

This years challenge was to survive the torrential downpour of day one. It rained. It didn't just rain, it dumped BUCKET LOADS at a time on the rally stages, the competitors, the workers and the service crews. It was slick, muddy, wet, but fast and fun!

Jamie Thomas (driver) along with navigator Matt Gauger (who returns to the team for the first time in several rallies) simply flew down the stages, setting times that made the Open class fully modified cars take notice! Jamie and Matt managed 3rd overall (another podium!) on day one, 4th overall on day 2 for a 3rd overall for the weekend series! Jamie and Matt also took 1st place in their PGT car class, simply fantastic start to the 2007 rally season.

Fantastic effort from crew, co-driver and drive! Job well done and congrats to all of our crew and sponsors- Jamie
