The team made the trek north into
Canada to compete in this Regional Event. Held in beautiful
Merritt, BC - the Mt Trials rally proved to be a test! 1/2
of the starting field did not finish. The roads were challenging,
loaded with dips, rocks, and yes, once in a while LIVESTOCK.
This is a full recce event where
Jamie got to practice her recce noting. This event differs form
others in that the team was allowed 2 passes over the racing roads
to make "rally notes" prior to the event start.
All in all Jamie and her guest
Co-driver Ben Bradley had a great time, and in spite of suffering
3 different tire punctures, losing over 6 minutes, still managed
to hang on for 3rd overall and 1st in car class. Another
successful weekend full of rally challenges!
